12 Dimensions Reflection

12 Dimensions Reflection

Part 1

Based on my CMI report; which include the dimension of Relationship, Communication, Planning and Growth.

There are to types of people universal and situational. Relationship is how people being together. For example, situational is someone like to be in a small group and don’t like to share with others. Universal is someone always be open with people not just with the few people.

The second dimension is Planning. It is how people organize them life by time or People, so some people like to be on time and the others not. For example, people in western like to be on time but people in gulf like the flexible time based on people.

The last dimension is Growth. Growth is  do you prefer to see invest more its personal or in the material. For example, manager like to spend more for new material or spend more in employees to improve their skills.

Part 2

The report said that I was very directly communicator , however I’m always honest to talk with people. that’s why I’m always directly communicator. As we can in the group  result we can find that most of people tend to talk in direct way. So I’m totally agreed that I was directly communicator to communicate with people.

In my second dimension the report said that I’m very universal which I agreed as like to share with people. For example, I always like to met new people and have fun with them. As we can see the group result that most of then are universal but some of them are situational.

The last dimension which the report said that I was closely on time, moreover I tried much is possible to be on time. The report said that I was on time which I agree with as I like to don’t waist my time. For group profile people also tend to the time but some others also by people.

Part 3

Based on these results it might be changed in 5 years’ time. Because there are many of my result I don’t like it so have try to changed to the better. For example, I was very directly communicator that’s might be default  to the people when I talk in a direct way so I will try to be more indirect in next 5 year. That only thing I would like to change it.  Sometimes I like to be different when I faced problem in my life so I tried to change some of my bad result to be more successful.

solved for him? How might this be a cultural solution?

Todd got on the train and couldn't locate a vacant seat. Therefor, an indian child abandoned his seat to Todd. Consequently to that, Todd empowered the child to sit on his lap. I imagine that this is a social arrangement on the grounds that regarding more seasoned individuals is an absolute necessity in every society.

When Todd got in the auto with Puro, he was offered to drink a frosted beverage. And afterward Puro let him know that a great deal of vacationers got debilitated and sick in the wake of attempting this frosted beverage. Todd felt the stomachache directly after he knew.

7. Todd wants to check in to a hotel. But Puro insists he comes to a boarding house.
What is the reason he gives Todd?

Puro didn't need Todd to feel forlorn in the inn, he demanded that he goes to a lodging so he can have somebody to deal with him and stay with him in.

8. As soon as they meet, Aunti Ji starts asking very intimate questions that
Americans who have just met would never ask. What kind of things does she ask?

Close relative Ji asked Todd an immediate individual inquiries, for example, what amount of is your pay? do you have a young lady companion? Is it accurate to say that you are willing to get hitched?. Todd was stunned about being gotten some information about his own life by an individual he just met.
